Excellency
the inclosed Petition, which
Bartholomeu Antonio Terceira, a Merchant
of
this place, has addressed to me,
to state for your information that there is
objection to the admission into Macao of the Goods to which the Petitioner refers;
a certificate being subsequently issued of his having bona fide imported them here.
I avail myself of this opportunity to
renew the sentiments of my highest
